What is your daily/weekly fitness routine? Do you mix up?
I try to work out 4-5 times a week and mix this up every time. Whether it’s spinning, barre or hot yoga, it depends on my mood and what classes are available. Usually I’ll do HIIT mixed with weights or my own circuits
What health and fitness rules do you swear by?
The 80/20 rule, never deprive yourself.
Do you follow a certain diet or have a certain approach to food?
My approach is balance and everything in moderation. I’m all about the 80/20 rule and think it’s so important to never deprive yourself.
Do you have a favourite workout?
I love hot yoga and barre for toning but HIIT for quick results.
Is there a particular class or club that you enjoy?
I love spin, I go to David Lloyd and all their classes are amazing
Are there any new fitness trends catching your eye?
I’d love to try some different kind of boxing classes
What is your guilty pleasure? is there a food or drink that you always allow yourself?
Pizza and pringles – I’d never cut them out!
What do you do to relax?
Have a bath, light my favourite candles and read a book. Or, scrolling through Pinterest helps too! I also love going on walks in the fresh air.
Where are you favourite places to eat?
I love the detox kitchen for juices, STK for fancy dinner, Sketch for afternoon tea and Granger & Co for breakfast.
Do you have favourite health food shops, markets or restaurants in London?
Detox kitchen, farmacy, farm girl are all great.
What are your new year’s resolutions?
To drink more water! Not to be so hard on myself. Not to take so much on.
Are you undertaking any kind of detox or health kick this January?
I’m just trying to up my water intake!
Any advise for people trying to stay motivated this January with their health and fitness intentions?
Clear your cupboards out first so you get rid of the naughty things. Replenish it with good yummy snacks.
What are your go to work out clothing brands?
Sweaty Betty and Nike are my favourites!
Are there any wellness or fitness retreats that you want to visit or recommend?
I’d love to visit one in Bali or Thailand and do yoga every day!
