Black Light and Burpees

Instructors from The Viking Method got us jumping, crawling, planking, squatting and kick-boxing our way through a HIIT style workout.

Taking place in near darkness, this was a workout to remember. We made sure we had our glow sticks and UV face paint at the ready!

After being pushed to the limit, we couldn’t think of a better way than to rehydrate with a Mahtay.
